It is a cranberry to ice blue draped pitcher by Fenton Art Glass.  Jim purchased this directly from Fenton Glass at their factory in Mariette, Ohio in the 1990's.

Look at the beautiful detail on the crystal handle!  It was totally handcrafted at Fenton!
